Rocky Rattler

“Rocky Rattler” by Lauren Nicole Klipp

Who new snakes could be so much fun? From Arizona designer Lauren Nicole Klipp and inspired by the natives of the Sonoran Desert.

From Beth:

By way of full disclosure, I will admit to being terrified of snakes. Not just scared. More like petrified. Maybe it’s because I live most of the year in a state with more than its fair share of the venomous kind. So no one could be more surprised than me that I chose this design for the book.

These charming guys are anything but scary. Arizona designer Lauren Nicole Klipp created these fun (and stash-busting) stuffed toys in bright colors to delight any youngster. One skein of Cascade’s 220 Superwash is enough for three Rockys, making this a very inexpensive gift knit as well. Who knew snakes could be so cute?
